You can see the route after a deep river crossing. The height gain is MUCH greater than the height difference between the endpoints.
Cables assist in bad weather.
The Gurgl Galcier is to the right.
There are no problems with the route. It's supposed to be a day up and another day down.
The striations across the glaciers are amazing.
The glaciers are all retreating.
