I drove through the Yaouk Valley and turned north after Old Yaouk and continued up a steep four wheel drive track to Yaouk Gap on the ACT/NSW border.  I parked the truck and headed off south east into the bush. It was really tough going and I was out of time. So after bashing my way half way to Mt Scabby I turned around and headed down into the valley again.
